The Greenville Police Department shared video of a kind act performed by a policeman on Wednesday.

According to the agency, a driver ran out of gas in the center lane of traffic on Laurens Road.

Officer Miller helped push the vehicle out of the center lane and when the vehicle owner didn't have money for a gas can, Miller paid out of his own pocket to help the man out.
