Jesse Osborne, the suspect in a deadly shooting at Townville Elementary School in 2016, is expected to appear in court on Thursday.

The Solicitor's Office confirmed Osborne is being transported to court for an arraignment hearing which is scheduled for 2 p.m.

The teen is being charged as an adult with two counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder.

Osborne was arrested at age 14 after authorities say he shot his father to death before driving to Townville Elementary and opening fire on the playground, killing 6-year-old Jacob Hall.

An FBI special agent testified that Osborne had previously exchanged messages on Instagram detailing plans to "most likely kill around 50 or 60."
