JTEKT North America announced Wednesday that it had completed its $5.8 million expansion of its headquarters on the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research campus in Greenville.
The expansion project began in 2017 when JTEKT vowed to create 100 new positions, all of which will be filled by 2020.
JTEKT manufactures steering systems, driveline components, bearings technologies and precision machine tools for the state's automotive industry.
The company employs more than 6,000 employees at 24 sites across North America, including four plants in South Carolina.
People hoping to apply for the new positions should visit the JTEKT's careers page online.
